Hi I’m Gail with GFY Coaching and I believe that EVERY STORY MATTERS! Mine and yours. You are worthy of being seen, heard and understood. I know the pain of being isolated and alone and not feeling safe to share this intimate deception and betrayal. I started writing my story in 2017. I’ve chosen each and every chapter since then. God has brought me through some of my darkest days and brought me to a place where I am using my pain for a far greater purpose. I hope my story inspires you to keep writing! Your story isn’t over! From Pain to Purpose
I know exactly what it feels like to be betrayed, alone, and desperate for understanding. It all began in a 12-step recovery group where I discovered I wasn’t alone in my pain.
What started as a struggle became my life’s mission. Frustrated by the lack of meaningful resources for women experiencing sexual betrayal, I decided to create the support I wished I’d had.
My Journey
Since 2018, I transformed my personal heartache into a powerful coaching practice. As an APSATS trained coach, I’ve supported hundreds of women-from college students to executives-helping them navigate healing and rediscover their strength.
My Promise
I don’t just offer coaching; I provide a lifeline. I understand your journey because I’ve walked it. My deepest calling is creating safe spaces where wounded hearts can heal, grow, and ultimately thrive.
